We offer a first private meeting in France to discuss your real estate project. Through a dedicated relationship, we provide visits of properties, meetings with attorneys and accountants for the formation of the legal entities and we bring full support and knowledge in setting up insurance contracts, administrative documents as well opening bank accounts.

All transactions are cash only with no financing contingency. A proof of funds for a real estate transaction is required before visiting us in order to confirm the showings and the professional appointments. Our buyer’s brokerage fee is 5% of the purchased price for our full service of representation, advisory and negotiation.
